The pictured cover is apparently a crash cover originating in Greece in 1940 and addressed to New York. It is not listed in either the American Air Mail Catalogue or “Recovered Mail” by Henri Nierinck. If anyone can provide information about the crash or this piece of mail it will be placed here in the future.
