- Congratulations to Jim Graue for winning the Grand Award at AEROPHILATELY 2007 with his exhibit German North Atlantic Catapult Mail 1929-1935. Patrick Walters received the Reserve Grand Award for his exhibit U.S. Government Flights, 1918-1927. "The Jenny" - Production Variations of America's First Airmail Stamp by Don David Price took the Single-Frame Grand Award. The complete Palmares for AEROPHILATELY 2007 are now available online.

- The Exhibitor’s Prospectus for ARIPEX 2008, the site of the 2008 AAMS Annual Convention is now available. ARIPEX will be held on February 22-24, 2007 in Mesa, AZ.
- The listing for October’s AAMS Auction (#247) is now available online in PDF format. The auction is scheduled for October 31, 2007 and is a mail-only auction.
- Prices realized at the AAMS Auction #246 are now available.

- Congratulations to Roger Schnell for winning the AAMS Grand Award at the AAMS Fall Meeting at StampShow in Portland, OR. His exhibit “Airmails of Boliva” also won a show Gold award and the APS 1900-1940 Medal.

- Congratulations to Paul Magid for winning the AAMS Grand Award at the AAMS Annual Convention at NOJEX in Secaucus, NJ. His exhibit “Imperial Airways and the Early Development of Airmail Service in Africa” also won the show grand award and the Postal History Society Medal.

- The schedule for the AAMS Seminars at NOJEX 2007 have been finalized. Also, one new seminar has been added, ”Researching Pan American World Airways Airmails.”

- The United States Postal Service has announced new 69¢ and 90¢ airmail stamps will be issued on June 1st. The 69¢, for letters to Canada and Mexico, depicts a scene from the Okefonkee Swamp while the 90¢ for other International letters shows Hagåtña Bay in Guam. While both stamps are to be made available nationwide on June 1st, the Okefonkee stamp is scheduled to be released at NAPEX 2007 in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia, and the Hagåtña Bay stamp is scheduled to be released in Guam. Release dates, locations and designs are subject to change.
- AAMS Auction #245 to be held at NOJEX on Sunday May 27 is now online. AAMS Auction #244 has closed and the prices realized will be posted when available.
- The U.S. Airmail Stamp Album has been updated for the 2006 U.S. airmail issues and is available for download.
