The private cachet on this cover was the work of Harry C. Ioor and his sister Travilla, who resided in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Ioor siblings designed various cachets for first day and flight covers until Harry's death in 1940. Travilla later married E. Milnor Peck, her competitor and proprietor of the famous Fleetwood Cover Service.
