Passenger Bernard Herlan mailed this postcard on the westbound flight to Lakehurst and noted that Hindenburg was comfortable with no noise. The Hindenburg postmaster held the card to be canceled on the return flight because it was addressed to England. Therefore, the card flew the roundtrip flight. This catalog listing gives the dates of the return flight when it was postmarked.
