Notes
General Ernst Udet, WWI ace and Director General of Equipment for the Luftwaffe, experimented with flying a hook-on Focke-Wulf Stieglitz biplane to a trapeze under the hull for five hook-on landings. Max Pruss was commander of the 1 hour and 14 minutes flight with 55 crew and 57 passengers. This card was posted by a mechanic Karl Beuerle, a crew member, who noted that it was the second flight of the day, lift off at 5:16 p.m. Some mail is indistinguishable for the two flights.
