This Austria cancelled postal card had German stamps added for the onboard postmark to be added at the Frankfurt railway post office 19 and then flown on either the morning or evening test flights with pilot Ernst Udet doing hook-on landings with a Focke-Wulf Stieglitz biplane beneath Hindenburg. Both flights carried 2 kg of mail plus mail posted onboard by passengers and crew members. It is impossible to determine which flight carried mail such as this one prepared by the Frankfurt post office.
