Capital Campaign – Build for the Next 100 Years
We started our Capital Campaign at the May 2025 annual meeting at the Rocky Mountain Stamp Show. As of January 31, 2026 , we have received contributions and pledges totaling over $40,000 towards our $50,000 goal. We’ve used the funding to develop a new membership management system and enhance our website. We are now developing an image and data repository that will house thousands of images of airmail covers, but we need to reach our $50,000 goal to complete this project. Find out how you can join other members to help us Build for the Next 100 Years!
There are two ways to contribute through PayPal: “One-Time” and “Recurring/Monthly”.
- Make a One-Time Donation: We welcome one-time donations by check or PayPal. If your employer matches charitable gifts, please remember to complete the employer’s form requesting a match to your AAMS donation. Click on the PayPal Donate button below to make a one-time donation.
- Become a Recurring Supporting Member: The Capital Campaign has a specific objective and will end when we achieve our goal, yet we could use additional financial resources on an ongoing basis to maintain our website, sponsor new publications, and market the society to prospective members. You can help by becoming a Recurring Supporting Member through PayPal by making a recurring monthly contribution of $10 or more to the AAMS.
To make a monthly recurring donation via PayPal, click the PayPal Donate button below. On the PayPal cart page, do the following additional step: please check the box labeled “Make this a Monthly Donation” before proceeding to checkout.

Consider including the AAMS in Your Will: Making provisions for the AAMS through estate planning offers a thoughtful way to demonstrate your support and ensure your legacy is honored.
The AAMS is registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization under federal and state law. Our federal EIN is 25-6066186, and we are registered as a nonprofit corporation in the State of Ohio with entity number 187195. That means your contribution to the AAMS will be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Always check with your accountant or tax professional to determine your status for tax deductions.
